LMC Foundation

LMC Foundation is the entity responsible for managing LMC. It is not a supervisor but rather the foundational layer that LMC DAO holders can build upon. The foundation promotes decentralized and community-driven governance and aims to become more decentralized over time. Its task is to manage LMC DAO decisions and be responsible for daily management, bookkeeping, project management, and other tasks to ensure the support needed to realize DAO community ideas.

The goal of LMC Foundation is to manage the growth and development of the LMC ecosystem in a fair and inclusive way. It utilizes the ecosystem fund controlled by a multi-signature wallet to pay fees as directed by LMC DAO and provides infrastructure for LMC holders to collaborate through open and permissionless governance processes.
